Shop the magic of the Holidays

The contest is open to anyone residing in Quebec aged 18 and over. Employees, representatives, and agents of Carrefour Charlesbourg shopping center, the MACH Group, participating retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as individuals living with them are excluded.

From November 23 to December 18, 2026, customers can enter the contest by making a purchase of fifty dollars ($50) or more before taxes from a retailer at Carrefour Charlesbourg shopping center.

Each eligible proof of purchase entitles the participant to one (1) entry into the contest. Participants can obtain multiple entries during the contest period, at a rate of one entry per invoice of $50 and more.

To participate, participants must scan the QR code and register online. A copy of their invoice must be uploaded at the time of registration. Participants must keep the original of their invoice, as it must be presented to the organizer to claim the prize, if applicable.

If a person does not have a smartphone or is unable to participate online, they may go to customer service to obtain a participation coupon. The original purchase invoice must then be presented and will be stamped as validation of participation. The duly completed paper coupon will serve as registration for the contest.

In the event of any discrepancy between an online entry and a paper entry, the organizer’s records shall prevail.

Any entry without valid proof of purchase may be refused.

One (1) gift card worth $250 will be awarded.

The prize must be accepted as is and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

The draw will take place on December 21, 2026, at 10 AM, at Carrefour Charlesbourg. The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the contest period.

The winner will be contacted by phone or email. To be declared the winner, the selected person must:

• Be reached within five (5) days following the draw;
• Claim their prize in person at the shopping center, no postal delivery of the prize will be allowed.
• Sign a declaration and release form.

Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in a new draw being held.

Refusal to accept the prize releases the organizers from any obligation related to said prize.

The organizers reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if a situation beyond their control prevents its proper conduct.

Any participant who violates these rules or attempts to alter the operation of the contest will be automatically disqualified.

Any other expenses incurred by the winner, including transportation, accommodation, gratuities, insurance fees, or any other incidental costs are excluded and remain the sole responsibility of the winner.

A dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Alcohol, Racing and Gaming Commission for resolution. A dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Commission solely for the purpose of intervention to attempt to resolve it.
