Q: What is the MACH gift card?

The MACH gift card is a rechargeable multi-center gift card, accepted at 800 participating retailers in 13 MACH malls across Quebec: Carrefour Charlesbourg, Carrefour de l’Estrie, Carrefour Frontenac, Carrefour Saint-Georges, Carrefour Rimouski, Rivière-du-Loup Shopping Center, Duvernay Center, Les Rivières Center, Place de la Cité, Place Longueuil, Place Saint-Eustache, Mauricie Plaza, and Promenades Beauport.

Q: I have an old black MACH card and I have a balance left, can I still use it?

MACH will honor all black MACH cards purchased before June 27, 2025, in the following malls: Carrefour Charlesbourg, Carrefour Frontenac, Carrefour Saint-Georges, Carrefour Rimouski, Rivière-du-Loup Shopping Center, Mauricie Plaza, Les Rivières Center, Place de la Cité, and Place Longueuil. Remaining balances on black MACH cards will be valid until the expiration date indicated on the back of the card. If a retailer changes their POS, the card may be declined, but you can simply visit the customer service of the mall to know your options.

Q: How can I give a MACH gift card?

There are now 2 ways to give the MACH gift card: Personalized electronic gift card sent by email Plastic gift card available at customer service Check the addresses and details at cartecadeaumach.com

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments by debit card and credit card as well as cash. Personal checks are not accepted. For any purchase of $1,000 or more, a photo ID will be required and the following information will be needed: name, first name, address, phone number, and email of the buyer.

Q: What are the minimum and maximum values of a gift card?

The gift card is available from $25 up to a maximum value of $500.

Q: Is it possible to reload a gift card?

The new white MACH gift card can be reloaded. The old black MACH gift card cannot be reloaded.

Q: Which retailers and restaurateurs accept the gift card?

Most retailers and restaurateurs in our malls accept the gift card. We invite you to check the list of participating retailers at cartecadeaumach.com.

Q: Is it possible to use the MACH card for online purchases on retailers' websites?

The MACH gift card is accepted for in-person purchases only, at participating merchants in our malls.
