Exercise in a thousand and one ways
When we were children, we all used to play outside, whatever the temperature! At playtime, we would put on our snowsuits and have fun sledging, building forts and even throwing snowballs at each other when the teachers weren’t looking! This winter, we challenge you to get outside as often as possible! There are so many fun winter sports to enjoy, alone or with the family: skating, sledding, tobogganing, skiing, snowshoeing, and much more! With the right equipment and good clothes that keep you warm and dry, it’s so nice to be active in winter!
Relax and pamper yourself after exercise
What a pleasure to come in from the cold after exerting yourself in your favorite winter sport! You come back with red cheeks, a smile on your face, your body full of endorphins and your mind at peace. Take advantage of this moment to switch to total relaxation mode. First, treat yourself to a shower or a bath with essential oils to relax your hard-working muscles. Then pamper your body from head to toe with your favorite lotions, creams and oils. Finally, put on some cozy clothes, make yourself a hot drink and get ready for your favorite relaxing activities! It’s the reward for brave sportsmen and women who have braved the cold!

Without feeling guilty, we watch the snowflakes fall and take advantage of this Zen moment to slow down, take care of ourselves and recharge our batteries.
